“This was a wonderful place for us to stay the week. Everything about it was great. We have family that lives in the area and we had them over just to show how nice the property was. We definitely will be returning in the future.”

“Nice and quite area, will stay again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was spacious, very clean, and absolutely adorable! My friend and I were in town for a music festival, and it was nice to come back to this tiny house every night to unwind. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet place to relax, this is the perfect choice! If you're going to Rocklahoma, it's only a 12 minute drive.”

“Awesome!!”

“Definitely for someone on business and just needs a in and out location. Didn't like the parking on the street part. Definitely wouldn't recommend if your a couple just trying to get away for the weekend.”

“Was smaller than expected, but clean and nice, has plenty of dishes and such. Communication was good with the host, check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, couch was small and uncomfortable though. Very nice shower, and was nice to be able to do laundry there as well. There were no check out instructions though, so we just cleaned up after ourselves and locked up. I'd stay again”

“Good”

“Very clean and accommodating for a fisherman with a boat, easy parking with a trailer.”

“House was very clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood & easy access. Beds were comfortable. Layout of house is very nice. A couple suggestions: We had to google how to adjust thermostat, directions weren't very clear. The plug in scent smelled clean when you opened the door but was way too strong. We were on a sales conference & had to go buy a coffee pot in order to take a thermos with us for day, they have a nice pod pot. Thankful we brought our own pots & pans. Dryer took 3……

“This was the perfect place to spend time with our family while they came to visit. Just enough space that we weren't tripping all over each other. But small enough we could spend the whole weekend together. Everyone had their own bed room. Check in and check out was wonderful. Great yard and location. Great for the grandparents. The only complaint was there wasn't any arm chairs inside so my aunt could only sit at the kitchen table. She's had both her knees replaced so getting up takes more……

“Easy to find. Very clean nice place to stay”

“The place was clean and staff was very nice”

“Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the rose district. House was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Lovely little cottage style home in a quiet neighborhood. Especially convenient if you have an event to attend at the Tulsa Expo Center. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. We had a perfect stay.”

“Clean, well provided for duplex in a central location. Stayed with pets, no problem, and a quiet neighborhood in the city.”

“Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say……

“Property was amazing! Lots of room, comfortable bed, quiet and the best shower…oh, the pool was a perfect place to relax after the day or drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Sarah is the ultimate host”
