「This stay was lovely, with aircon in all rooms, and short drive to nice beaches. There are a few things however that the description lied about. The villa is a 15 minute drive to Alona beach, not a 10 minute walk. The only beach within walking distance is the docking area for boats, and is dirty in general. Also, they charge 300pesos per 12 hours of use for the washing machine, so keep in mind that it is not included. For the cost of the house however our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable....

「It was an experience. The property was big and accommodated us well. The host was easy to contact and talk to for some urgent requests. Thank you. We also like the location because you can have the privacy you want. Within the city but away from the Main Street. Kids can still play outside.」

「We stayed here for 6 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. We found it to be a good location. It's close to Panglao as well as the city itself where you find the malls and markets. Susan who takes care of the guests was wonderful. She was very quick to resolve any issues that came up. And Angel the owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating.
When we first arrived we were a little nervous as there was no gate or security but we just made friends with all the neighbors and didn't have any...
