“They were not prepared to feed people in restaurants. Limited staff”

“At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor! They did not offer any money back or accommodations. No elevator was on site so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and saw blood……

“The complimentary breakfast was not great, the fruit looked dated the waffle mix was out, the milk for the cereal was in a pitcher sitting on the counter not chilled and the bread items felt a bit stale they had gravy for the biscuits but it was served in a crock pot that looked like it was just put back in the fridge each day and reheated over and over . I did like that they had small containers of yogurt that were chilled and they did have a good selection of waffle toppings had there been mix……

“Phone didn't work. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train ...0 maintenance was called ti fix and didn't...left the cover laying on the floor. Floor hadn't been swept or mopped... there was smashed fruit on the floor when I arrived. Only 4 TV channels.”

“As the saying goes, “location, location, location “, this place was in a great neighborhood, quiet, safe with a view. Will book again if I comme back to Lewiston! ”
