A Beautiful Vacation Retreat

A beautiful home inside and out. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. All the amenities and very comfortable. Communication was excellent. The only negative was the carpet upstairs was a bit stained. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great house

House has lots of amenities - pool table, bikes, yard games, ping pong. It’s a great size. Parking is a bit tight if you have a couple large trucks but we worked it out.

The house had great amenities and location. The games were great to have for the family and the location was beautiful. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with the necessities. We were a little disappointed with the amount of dust on the surfaces and the lack of lighting made it dim in the living room. Overall good rental, just needs a good deep cleaning and consideration for better living room lighting.

Perfect for families

Perfect for our big family- baby, teens, young adults, parents, and grandparents! Plenty of bathrooms and wonderful outdoor seating. It was beautiful and spacious- we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Would definitely book again! Only issue was the propane for the BBQ was out and it took a few hours of communicating to get a new one, but they did eventually get one to us.

The home was beautiful, we had propane and the hot tub was plenty hot! It had all the amenities shown in the pictures. The BBQ could have been cleaned better, but I’m sure that’s easy to miss. The house had so many cob webs that when we turned the fan on they came down on us. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better. More garbage bags, tin foil or plastic wrap and more kitchen towels. Over all the home was great! Beds and bath were great, I enjoyed the layout of the home!

Good house but needs some attention to items

The location and house is good. Stayed for new years, 4 nights. Checked in on the 31st and house was only ready at 5:00pm. Lost time to prepare for NYE. The sheets looked not fresh at all, and towels were still drying when we got there. Dust and cobwebs in visible places around the house. The blanket in the master bedroom needs replacing, it looks very old, dusty and heavy. Makes me wonder if has an ever been washed. Some dishes have chips in them. To celebrate new years, there was no champagne glasses, just be aware they don’t have it. Other than that, no major complaints. House itself and location is good.

so you know....

This is a terrific house in a great location. It was just right for 6 of us (adults) and had plenty of seating for all of us to have a great movie night. But... The house was not clean, dusty living room, when we closed the curtains clouds of dust emerged. The kitchen area: The oven was in need of a serious clean, the dishes needed to be cleaned and of the cooking utensils were also in need of a serious cleaning, so we did that as well. There was cleaning sponge in the sink that was so filthy we had to throw it away. They had a hot water kettle that we would use for tea, but when we looked inside it has standing water in it that was cloudy, so we emptied it and never used it. The good news is that the bathrooms and sheets were clean! There is no manual in the house to identify how to work things, or what to do. There are several things that didn't work - for example the living room is somewhat dark at night and the wall sconces would not work, there are switches and controls on the wall in several rooms that appear to do nothing, the sound system did not work, the TV has a fire stick, but it needs a password to use it, which they did not provide. I'm sure the PIN was in the manual if we could only find it! We were afraid to use the hot tub based on the other issues we found so can't comment accurately on that. We tried contacting the manager but only got an AI bot response! This should be a great property but needs professional management.

very high end, very dirty home

We arrived with our four adult children for a Christmas vacation. The home was a great size for us. Even though the living room had terrible lighting we noticed cobwebs within minutes of arriving. A LOT of cobwebs and many very dusty cobwebs. The floor was dirty. The downstairs master bath shower had dark adherent something on the floor. The sheets on all beds were dirty. The dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The heavy drapes in the LR and Master BR were laden with dust. The ceiling fans - thick with dust. When I used the cooktop to prepare dinner, grease started to drip from the vent above the cooktop. There was one roll of paper towel and one garbage bag for our 4-day stay. The garbage can in the garage was half full with garbage as was the recycling bin. I called Vacasa, the property management company to complain. They said they would talk with the local company and get back to me. I called three times the first evening because I did not get a return call. I wanted someone to come clean the house. They offered to refund the cleaning fee which is great. I accepted but wanted a clean house. My husband and I talked to two different people on Monday before they told us no one could come clean but we could leave for a full refund. By then we had cleaned kitchen and sheets. We stayed, cleaned the cobwebs. They refunded the equivalent of one night's stay.

Whoever is the communicator between us and someone who could help us with issues that we were having at the home was horrible and ruined an entire day at the rental home. All of the linens were left in the dryer and not put away. Were were asked if they had permission to enter the home, we said yes! Then they never came and we waited there waiting for the rest of the day. Zero communication! Outside of that the place is so dusty, missing light bulbs so the place was dark when the sun went down and no one was able to come help.

Nice property, in a very nice golf resort community. Very tranquil and right on the 17th fairway of the Prospector golf course. Will use again for a similar trip

Good home for multi ages

Everyone in our family enjoyed our stay. The ping pong and pool tables were a hit along with the hot tub. The lovely outdoor seating area was great for relaxing and enjoying the wooded setting.

Perfect Spot

Short two night golf trip for 3 of us. The home was in an excellent location and had all the amenities plus an outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Really enjoyed it and just wish the trip was longer. I'd stay again.

Peaceful getaway

We had an amazing time here. It was so peaceful. The house was great for my family of three kids. The beds were comfortable and we love looking out the window and seeing the trees first thing in the morning. The property manager was also very accommodating and was always there to answer my questions. Great experience overall.

Suncadia Weekend

Overall the property and our stay was great. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the A/C wasn’t working. I did a little investigating and learned the fan on the outside unit wasn’t running, so it couldn’t cool the air. HVAC just blew warm air. I contacted Vacasa, the property manager, to let them know. I also shut off the breakers so it didn’t just run constantly blowing warm air. They were responsive and said they’d send someone. Since it was the weekend and we were leaving Monday morning, I didn’t figure we’d see anyone during our stay. This issue needed an HVAC technician, and I’m sure would need to get on someone’s schedule. We closed all the drapes during the day, then opened all the windows at night and stayed cool enough to still enjoy. We spend much of our time outside anyway, and the patio and grounds next to golf course are very enjoyable. It’s a wonderful house in a great neighborhood, and we definitely plan to stay again. We’re betting the air conditioner will be operational next time we come too!

Loved the house and amenities. Also, great proximity to golf courses and lodge within the community. Disappointed with the response I received regarding an item potential left behind by one of the rooms. A fee for a cleaner to look in a specific room?
