Great property but customer service from Vacasa could be much better.

The home was fantastic. Comfortable, with all the things we needed to enjoy a few days of golf in Suncadia.

Black Bear Lodge

This property worked great for 4 adults visiting Suncadia for a golf tournament. The 4 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms was very nice and it it was right next to the driving range. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing our meals and the living area was very comfortable. The only complaint was the property management company. We had a low battery notification go off with one of the smoke detectors in the middle of the night on the second day and I contacted the property management company 3 times about this and they never came over to resolve. There really wasn't any place locally I could go to quickly buy a new 9 volt battery and we couldn't find spares anywhere. We paid extra for a late checkout and I felt like the property management company ignored my requests for help which was EXTREMELY frustrating since we had a smoke alarm beeping and saying "Low Battery" for several hours. The property was great. The property management company was not at all.
