We were pleased with this house. It is obvious that the owner cares about the guests. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Everything is clean, stylish and cozy. We will definitely come back here again!

Beautiful home

We had two families and all had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and located close to many fun activities. We had great response times when we had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Excellent House

This house was so much fun for my family. We had 14 people (with an extra bed to spare) that stayed comfortable and had plenty of space to move around. The hot tub was fun, outdoor patio was fabulous. Would stay again!

Great Summer Spot!

House was very nice and had all the amenities we wanted for a weekend golf trip. Suncadia has two great courses and Sun Country nearby is a nice less expensive option as well. The whole process was very easy and great communication from the property management team.

Best house we have stayed at in Suncadia!

We love love loved our time in this beautiful and smartly designed home and would book again in a heartbeat. Tons of natural light, quick jaunt to Swiftwater Cellars or the Lodge, love the proximity to Firehouse Rd to drive into Cleveland Elum. Beds and bathrooms super comfortable. It was a 5 star experience!

This is a very nice property, right on the golf course. Quiet and peaceful. The yard maintenance had not been done, so the patio chairs were sitting on over foot long grass. The ‘Office with 2 twin beds’ is not really what one would think. It’s an alcove (4ft wide hallway space between 2 bedrooms and a bathroom) that has 2 twin mattresses tucked into the slanted space under the roof incline. Ok for kids to crawl into but not ideal for adults. Toys for kids to play with in the garage were in-operable. No batteries and 2/3 bikes were non functioning. A shame really for a high end property to be rented out at a high cost with a lack of attention to small meaningful details. I think with little effort, the experience could be improved drastically.

Lovely place to stay in Suncadia

We had a great time with family celebrating our sons college graduation. Everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare and serve meals and lots of room for the family to hang out and visit. The only feedback I would share is that I wish there were televisions in all bedrooms and in the garage play room. Lovely cabin.

The house is nice and worked for our family of 11. Its a newer house. We thought the pet basket in the laundry room was a nice touch. There are hairdryers in the master suites. Could use 2 more for the other bathrooms.

There was plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor space might have been our favorite. There was tons of seating and we spent the night hanging out around the fire pit.

A beautiful mountain retreat

I rented Freebird for a laid back 40th birthday celebration with my closest family and friends. The home was lovely, as was the location. Everything was immaculate and communication with the property management company was excellent. Kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and it was an easy walk to Roslyn and to the Suncadia Lodge. And dog friendly! Would definitely return.

Great house for a large group!

We needed a large house for a 50th birthday party sleepover and this house did not disappoint. Great kitchen and gathering space inside, and we made full use of all of the backyard amenities (hot tub, fire pit, bbq). We had a small group of teens (3 girls) who LOVED having their own space above the garage. We’ll be back!

What a beautiful house this was! There were 13 of us and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever appliances you would need. I didn’t need to pack an instapot one was there. Nice having the hot tub. I would definitely return to this home.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Freebird was an absolutely wonderful place to get away and unwind! The house is stunning and everything is so well appointed. The layout of the house was so great for our family including parents, an uncle, and three adult children. Everyone had the privacy and seclusion of their own room and the open floor plan of the main house was wonderful for spending time together. We had the best time and only wish that we had stayed longer. As an extra treat we woke to snow the first morning of our excursion and that only added to the existing beauty.

2022 FAmily Retreat

Comfortable beds and table space for 10!! The house is off the 13th green of the Rope Rider golf course with a great views of the green and approach.Great place for a family retreat and we would come again.
