Really enjoyed our stay here! Super relaxing and great for families. Would definitely consider adding blinds to upstairs windows though as it makes it easy for the neighbor property to look in. Bathroom upstairs could also use privacy. Overall out stay was great!

Spent the weekend after staying at another place in wenatchee. I would highly recommend this property and the Teanaway River area in general.

Magnificent property

We loved this place so much. Really a great getaway for our family. Everything was perfect, very well-appointed and comfortable and the view of the river were spectacular! Will definitely be back!

Short Getaway

The place was everything and more, great location beautiful property and easy check in and out. Lynn was there to greet us and show us around the property, and even dropped off flowers while we were having dinner which we really appreciated. Loved the grill and the Viking stove and the large deck to relax on after hiking all day . Had great time with family and we will for sure be back.

Beautiful property right next to river

Pros: Really well maintained property. A lot of items were new in the house. The property was really big and quiet. It is right on the river, so hearing the water all the time was really soothing. Cons: There are no blinds in the upstairs room, so the sun comes in pretty early and makes it hard to sleep in. My family and friends would definitely come back to this house.

A great retreat without going to the middle of nowhere

My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this retreat, from the quiet site right on a bubbling river, to the proximity to great Cascade hikes, to an easy jaunt to Cle Elum for groceries and beer.

Very Clean, Spacious Cabin! - Slow Internet

We came the first week of September, and really enjoyed the stay! 20 mins to Cle Elum, and 30 mins to Suncadia. The cabin is very clean, the appliances are stainless steel and up to date, and the furniture is very nice. The property backs into the Teanaway River, so you feel like you are truly in nature. Lots of windows in the house as well! There is a gas fire-pit and a wood-burning fire pit on property as well, and there are lounge-chairs on the patio for relaxing. The host is very kind and accommodating, he lives in the cabin next door, and is more than happy to assist you if needed. Some minor things to note: the internet is VERY SLOW. Do not expect to get any work done online, and the phone/LTE service through Verizon is spotty as well. The water smells like sulphur - it must be naturally occurring from the well. The master bedroom is upstairs, and is in an open-plan with the bathroom - so there is no door that you can shut to give yourself privacy while taking a shower. The upstairs toilet fortunately has a separate room with a door you can close for privacy. No complaints for the downstairs bathroom.

Great Weekend Getaway

My friends and I stayed at the property for 3 nights. Lynn was incredibly helpful with check-in. The property was perfect for our group of 5. Easy access to the river and proximity to downtown and Suncadia was a plus. The house is nicely decorated and cozy. We had a great weekend!

Beautiful place, great location!

Coffee in the morning by the rivers edge, wine and cheese on the fantastic deck, with everything you need within a 20 minute drive and yet you feel wonderfully remote. This property is gorgeous, well-appointed and excellently located for fun or relaxation, or both!

Great!

We enjoyed our stay here - the house is close to the river and just a few miles from hiking, mt biking and fishing spots. House was clean and in order when we arrived. Just a few more utensils needed in the kitchen (bigger knives and a cutting board) but the appliances were all very nice. Beds were comfortable. Will go back again!

Beautiful Teanaway escape

What a beautiful place to stay during this time of Covid. The cabin is well equipped with a great grill and other amenities. I loved the riverside location. The river was a great place to cool off after hiking all day. Numerous hiking trails were only a short drive away. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet getaway with easy access to the great wilderness area of the Teanaway region. Though I have only stayed here during the summer season. The cabin seems well equipped with a generous covered entrance and a grand wood stove. I will definitely be back for the winter season as well.
