Disappointed many of Suncadia attractions closed.

The townhouse was great! However, I was disappointed that many of the resort amenities were closed this trip. The ice skating ring closed. Outside hot tub not warm, sauna not working, Outside pool cooler than normal. One slide not working, the one hot tub that was working was overcrowded. When many guests are spending over $1000.00 a night for a cabin you expect for the amenities to be available and working.
