Excellent stay

We had a fabulous time, this was our first time to suncadia and we loved it! The condo was clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions (we even got an early checkin of 12 pm). It was located right next to an awesome sledding hill, ice skating and the pool! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This is a spacious and comfortable place. The location was great, walkable path to the views from The Lodge. Plenty of room for all we needed, and nice TV options, good Wi-Fi. They had a nice Welcome bag and plenty of towels and other essentials. Fireplace was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and convenient for a wedding we attended in Cle Elum. As others mentioned, the condo is located on the first floor so it can be somewhat noisy but we enjoyed the location because it was close to the entrance and pool.

Great location

Great for a family, good use of space and Suncadia is always a great destination. Didn’t have any toilet paper backup, and lots of little things were broken- but overall it was lovely

Perfect!

Excellent spot! Walkable to the park, driving range, and main lodge. The pool and hot tub are excellent. We sat by the outdoor fire pit and used the grills. Unit has all the amenities needed for our family. Only took one star from ‘cleanliness’ due to linens and towels being worn and torn, but not really an issue for us!

The rental was in a good location . Close to the lodge and easy to find. The place was spacious. Bunk beds next to living room. Bring your own cooking stuff . Otherwise spices were available and we had everything we needed.

Comfortable stay

We had a comfortable weekend stay for two people. It's a good home base, if you plan to be out and about. We found the interior to be a little dark, could use some better lighting. The kitchen is good for easy vacation meals, but not appointed for cooking.

The property was very peaceful and relaxing! At times it felt like we were the only ones in the complex! The complex was very clean and inviting! The amenities were good and convenient! Would like to see more information on what available activities to do throughout Suncadia Resort! A downfall was the spa didn’t work and the gate combos to get in the swimming pool werent working either! Wish the cleaning crews would spend a little more time being thorough with cleaning the unit! Had to tidy up the unit when we first got there because there was still Some cleaning that needed to be completed! In all it was a great time and will look forward to doing it again!

Great location close to the Resort

We loved staying at this condo. It is beautiful, well appointed, lots of pillows, comfortable beds and the master bathroom is amazing! I was surprised that I could not reach Vacasa or VRBO through messaging on the app nor via the calling of the number of the contact person listed in the room. I was able to reach someone by contacting Vacasa directly to answer questions. I am just used to property managers answering question through the app, so this needs some work. Otherwise everything was great!

Dirty!

The condo was not cleaned. There was a dirty sock on the floor, crumbs all over the floor, poop in the toilet and black hairs on the sheets. Contacted vacasa about it and they did nothing.

Location and overall facility is nice. However, place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty dishes, towels, bedding.Batteries in remote did not work. This despite receiving a text that place was clean and ready for early arrival….hmm. When reached out to resolve these issues, crickets. Someone brought batteries the next day. Could not get a response to the uncleanliness. We spent first few hours cleaning. Slept on top of beds with our picnic blankets the first night thinking would be fixed the next day. Nope. No response. We left a day early. Still working to get refund. But guess what, no response. Will leave reviews on other sites as well. Stay away from Vacasa.

Lack of Communication and Poor Heat

When we arrived our unit was 60 degrees and the HVAC system was not heating. We turned up the thermostat, but after an hour, the temp didn't go up in the unit. We called and were told a local person would call us back. Two hours later (9:00 PM) I received a message stating that they couldn't make it out tonight. We found the breaker panel and reset the breakers listed for the HVAC system and got the heat to work. The listing stated that 2 parking spaces were included with our unit. There were no parking spaces available both nights we were there. After receiving a "Courtesy Ticket" the first night, I called the second night to ask where we were supposed to park. I was told there was a parking lot down the street between our lodge and the main lodge, there was not. There were at least 5 or 6 lights that were either burnt out of didn't work. We will never us Vacasa again.
