Awesome Father’s Day get away

This property is perfect!! You are protected from the wind, there is a nice swim area. The beds are heavenly. Everything you need in the kitchen. There is just too much to list we will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Trip

i was pleasantly surprised at this listiing.The property was much nicer than the booking pictures. My son brought his boat.He had a great time fishing and was able to dock his boat at the house.It was awesome! My family had a wonderful vacation with memories that will last a life time.I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well stocked, and comfortable

Really excellent job done by the hosts to make this property enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, which is definitely not always the case. The beds and couch were super comfortable. The house was very clean and setup great for enjoying the Lake with a bbq, smoker, and ample outdoor seating. Did not disappoint in any aspect.

Great family spot!

We had a great stay! House was kid-friendly, stocked with what we needed in the kitchen, small details like the wireless chargers were so helpful! House was clean, beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return!

Great location, and home is very clean. Just as described and seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 6. I'm not sure I would recommend for greater than 6 even though it can sleep more. Airbeds are provided but there is limited space to set them up. And only one shower. If you dont mind those conditions, it is a comfy and clean home right on the lake.

Little Slice Of Heaven

Great stay! Our group of adults and teens enjoyed this house so much. The beds were super comfy and its right on the water. We bbq'd everyday and were visited by the ducks and other wild birds. We would highly recommend this home for a getaway of pure relaxation. 5 Stars!

Lakefront gem

We love this property. This was our second time staying here. The house is very clean and decorated nicely. The beds are comfy. The outdoor setting is great. We love the big private beach. The owners are friendly and great to deal with.

Great home, great fishing, great stay.

This place is amazing. All the amenities you could ask for. The Traeger smoker was a bonus. Then there’s the view! Many beautiful birds on the lake and we even spotted a bald eagle! Fishing from the beach was great even with one day of rain. We will definitely be back!

Secluded Cozy Retreat

Our host Greg was wonderful and responsive. The home was beautiful and well equipped in an idyllic location away from town beautiful views of the lake and access to the lake. Our fishing guide pulled right up the the properties beach which saved us hours of driving over the course of our stay. We will be back for our next fishing trip

GREAT LAKE FRONT HOME!!!!!

Everyone in our party loved this house! All remodeled with an amazing view, clean, large nice patio, ramp for our boat and jet skis. Beds were great! 2 baths. Plenty of outdoor seating. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Greg for responding so quickly to my emails and calls!

Great property, however the launch ramp described in the listing is out of commission due to being badly damaged. We were not informed of this and ended up having to use the ramp 20 minutes from the house. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you

Wonderful lakefront home

We enjoyed our stay at the lakefront house. The views are fantastic. The outdoor patio with ample seating, was a wonderful way to end our day. The house is updated and very clean. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped. We all felt very comfortable in this house. The beds have nice linens and there were plenty of towels. There are 2 single airbeds in the closet to use that are easy to inflate by plugging in. The lake is massive and was a great adventure every day. We enjoyed jetsking, boating, tubing, wakeboarding all week long. We were able to use the boat launch ramp with no problem. We do have 4 wheel drive. There was no algae at the beach of the house or anywhere close to it. If you go into the coves like the lake marina for gas, you will find it. As well as at the city of Clearlake. We went by boat to The Spot for lunch one day. There is a dock to accomadate 4-6 boats to tie up at the restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this house upon a visit to the area. Thank you Greg for allowing us to stay in your little piece of paradise.

Perfect quiet getaway

Greg and Jennifer’s house is so lovely and peaceful. It was just what we were looking for. The house is well kept and labeled so we had absolutely no guess work the whole time. They’re kind enough to leave plenty of pellets to smoke a meal. The beds were so comfy. Even when it rained we were able to bird watch from the large windows and watch all the wildlife right from the couch. When the rain would pass we’d sit out at their large table and enjoyed the sun while the dogs splashed in the water. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for sharing your home.

A good value

Overall this property is a good value compared to other properties in the area. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation because the water pump broke shortly after we checked in. Greg tried his best to troubleshoot but the water pump issue could not be resolved. Regarding location, this property is a 20-minute drive from the town of Clearlake and along some tricky roads. Regarding the pictures, although the description says the property does not have a dock or pier, the pictures led me to believe it did have a dock.
