“Disappointed in room…….carpet stained, bathroom floor not as clean as I would have expected, previous guest’s socks left on bathroom floor, and generally not pleased with this particular room.”

“This place is amazing!! It is gorgeous, hard to explain how beautiful it is. We were welcoming at check in and warm cookies available. We stayed in the back house. Wow!! The courtyard between the main house and back looks like a fairy tale. Flowers, water fountain, places to sit. Relaxing. Our unit was the cleanest place I've stayed. Everything was high quality. Even porches to enjoy. And the price cannot be beat. I definitely recommend staying and am ready to go back for a longer stay. ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Overall, this was an excellent stay! Quiet, clean, solid breakfast, pleasant staff, all you could ask for at a fairly inexpensive hotel. Five stars out of five stars in my opinion!”

“The hotel is clean. The rooms are super well kept. It is one of the nicest sleep inn I had. Our receptionist when we checked in was super nice and helpful. Our bad experience was the day of checkout. They had no breakfast at all. The had expired milk. I asked the only person in staff about it and he didn’t care. He said he wasn’t going to refill the breakfast and that the milk he couldn’t do anything about it. Really? Anything? How about throwing it away and not giving it to your customers. If……

“Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. ”
