“The room was clean but very basic and only just adequate. The breakfast itself was convenient, but the breakfast dishes and food were left out all afternoon and evening, which didn't give the impression of good cleanliness or food hygiene. Overall, the hotel was clean enough, but I expected better attention to the breakfast area.”

“Moss Grove is a fantastic B&B in the heart of Grasmere. The staff were wonderful—their “we’ll do everything we can for our guests” attitude really made our stay. The hot tub photos seen during booking however, gave us the wrong impression. It’s exclusively for the suite, with no access for other guests. We brought our bathing suits, only for them to spend the entire stay in our suitcase. A massive disappointment. What did I like…the staff!!! Breakfast and location. What didn’t I like? The……

“This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.”

克斯威克公园酒店

克斯威克公园酒店

10/10 优秀
"We had a wonderful stay here! The room was really spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the heating kept us nice and warm despite the cold weather. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the bus stop and within easy walking distance of the town centre and the launch. All the staff we met were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They helped us with our luggage, returned the earphones I’d accidentally left behind, and were so kind to prepare a lovely breakfast for us even before breakfast hours, as we had an early train to catch. Would definitely recommend!"

"The room was very clean and had just been renovated, making it feel much more comfortable. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and could improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff provided excellent service and deserve recognition. The swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."
