“Such a wonderful visit to Granbury! The house was adorable and the owners were very friendly. We really enjoyed kayaking and swimming during our visit. Being able to access the public boat dock to put a jet-ski in the water was very convenient also. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The fenced yard for our pets was awesome too. We will definitely be back. ”

“Great little space as a guest house perched over Lake Grandbury with easy access to water and like a block to historic town square. Ideal for 3-4 people, and owners were very welcoming and hospitable with any questions or needs. Fishing off dock and ambling about downtown with great restaurants/ coffee spots, etc. Great family time.”

“Stayed Friday - Sunday we brought everything so we didn’t have to leave. Enjoyed being unplugged from everything, relaxing in the hot tub, pool, back porch. The vies are wonderful, cool breezes kept it cool. All the amenities you need inside, nice and cool. Comfortable and safe place for us to unwind from our busy lives and celebrate 31 years together, very private! Take Ice!”

“We saw multiple very large cockroaches in kitchen and living room. Small bathroom had ants. It would be nice if a small supply of coffee would be provided for the first morning. ”

“My family of 7 stopped in Arlington on our way down to Austin and went to our first Rangers game in the new ballpark. The house was close to the ballpark, so the location was great for us. This is an older home, but was clean and decorated nicely.My kids loved the fooseball and arcade games. ga”
