"This place is new and absolutely immaculate. We were very comfortable here with 4 adults and a 5 year old. This was actually a cheaper option than renting 2 hotel rooms. There is a lot of space and you are in a quiet atmosphere. The owners responded to my questions quickly and were very friendly! "

"The location & availability of a boat slip were the primary reasons this property was selected. The unit is old & needs updates, which was expected based on previous stays at a nearby/similar property...but the unit was not cleaned well. Mold in the shower, coffee pot had molded filter/coffee still in it, & a very run-down/not maintained feel about the place. I would stay here again, but please make some improvements & have it cleaned better in the future."
