Desperately needs new mattress!

Desperately needs new mattresses and all bedrooms. We had guest that left early because the mattresses and every single room are straight springs!!! as soon as you sit on the bed they start popping and you hear the springs cracking!! My kids had to sleep on the couch in the living room!! I was not informed of the parking until the day of check in. If you plan on having more than two cars, then do not book this house!! The driveway is awful and drops off and makes parking for two cars almost impossibly!!! We had two very large SUVs and it was a nightmare parking!!!!! A third car would not have been able to park there. And there’s no parking on the street at this location! If you park on the street, you get towed. So one of the guests that we’re supposed to stay with us had to get another place because of the parking situation!! We also had to kill several bugs while we were there. There were a few crawling up the wall. I feel there might be a wasp problem but we killed a three wasp inside the house!!! it was cold while we were there, so none of the doors were open, so there was no way for them to get in!! Unfortunately, the shower only has enough hot water for one shower at a time. we had to take a shower and give it at least 45 minutes to an hour to heat back up or we were all taking cold showers!! I hate to leave negative reviews, but for the price that we paid these are some issues that definitely need to be addressed.

Great Location to Campus

We came in to town to go to a Clemson Football game. The location of the house was amazing, we were able to walk to game and to check out the campus. Great house for families.

Slice of Heaven is accurate

We had the greatest time at our Slice of Heaven. The location, space, etc. were all wonderful. We were celebrating our daughter's Ring Ceremony at Clemson. We had several seniors with us and this location provided a safe and convenient place for all. It is not handicapped accessible, which we didn't need, but otherwise was wonderful. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again someday.

Great location with great view

This is such a good location close to campus with a view of the lake. It has good space for multiple people, and a good area for kids. It would be a good set up for 3 couples as well. (As long as you only have two cars ) It could use some updates , but overall was all we needed for move in. It has a dead on sunset over the lake each evening that was beautiful. There is a path behind the place that leads to the lake if you want to walk down and check it out. I would rent it again!

Great Experience!

We came into town with our family (including 2 elementary aged kids) and friends for the Spring Game. The location and lake views can't be beat. The house also was a great setup with our family staying on the upper level and friends in the main/lower level rooms. The house was VERY well stocked, and our children absolutely loved the bunk room filled with toys and games. What a fun added surprise!

Amazing location

This townhouse has many pros: Location Views Three levels; top floor is master and kids bunk room, main level is kitchen, dining, living and 1 Q bedroom, basement is bedroom, kitchenette, living Very responsive owners when we had questions Quiet neighbors Laundry room Cons: (reason for 4/5stars) Very musty/mildewey odor One tiny HVAC vent in entire basement Under-powered/old HVAC in rest of condo Loud humming noise in first floor bedroom plus inadequate HVAC made it difficult to sleep in this room Overall, great condo. Bring earplugs if sleeping in main floor bedroom, but otherwise very nice.

Great location super cute house except ………

We were excited and pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the house. It’s a older home that has been refreshed. It has really nice sunset views it’s walking distance to The Esso restaurant. Walking distance to downtown Clemson and of course The Death Valley Stadium at the University! Prime location. Although we did notice a few things that could really easily fixed with a little care. Master bedroom shower drains super slow , so you are standing in ankle deep soap and water then leaves a gross residue after the water subsides. The house has roaches ! We didn’t encounter a lot but yes they were definitely present. We felt like we had to put shoes suitcases clothes up on the furniture. We didn’t want to take any bugs home with us. The internet was in and out ! Mostly not working . We have stayed in other homes where shampoo, small travels soaps and coffee pods were supplied. There was nothing like that except dish soap and gel hand soap . So be prepared to bring all your toiletries and coffee. The kitchen seemed stocked with your average utensils and hardware , even a cute basket of snacks and fresh pastries when we arrived , although we did not cook or bbq on the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay linens were clean and abundant beds room accommodations were comfortable. Nice kids room ! Washer dryer .

Great Clemson Spot

The view of the lake is awesome. The proximity to campus and Esso is great. The condo layout provides nice privacy for each bedroom. The TV is great for watching sports. Well done.

Loved the lake house!!!

My family stayed here for my masters graduation. Everything was clean and fresh creating a calm atmosphere . The bedding and towels felt brand new and very luxurious. Also, Jill was super responsive to any question I had. Of course the views from both the first level and master bedroom patio were fabulous. We were lucky enough to have nice weather and spent a lot of time sitting out there chatting and snacking. We left brainstorming what reason we will have to stay here again! Thank you!!!!!

Labor Day stay

Loved the lake view ! The view from the master at sunrise is gorgeous! The property manager responded to an issue with the grill promptly.. Would stay here again.

Best Location!

This property was so convenient for moving in our twins to Clemson for their first year! Plenty large enough for two families! We could walk into town; to the stadium; and to campus very easily! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Family House

The house is exactly as advertised and we had a delightful stay. The location is great for access to the Clemson campus, the area is quiet and peaceful, and the view off the deck is beautiful. The bedrooms are roomy and well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the owner and manager was easy and the instructions were clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This Place was GREAT!!

The property is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, exactly as listed--and the property manager is super helpful and responsive. Everything with our stay was perfect and easy. The home is spacious and was in an excellent location for Clemson graduation. It sits about a block or two behind Esso (close to the stadium) and has a lovely view of the lake. It's an easy ten minute walk to town. We would definitely stay here again!!
