No Working Wi-fi; No lights at all in the elevator or hall; Garbage on the floor at arrival; Garbage in the warming drawer No Apology, No attempts to make it right!"I will talk to my staff" is an inappropriate response.Turning it around on me was even worse. The property manager was very responsive to and quickly resolved some issues, and was very communicative, which was much appreciated. I will definitely be back, and will try to book with this host!

Made my work trip easier

Not a castle or luxury hotel, just a place to call home for a few days. Enjoyed evening walks to the casino and back. About 1 mile each way. Lots of good eating within a short walk. I would stay again.
