The apartment is nice and spacious and well-outfitted. Communication about the key fob and how to use it would have been appreciated. We also encountered maintenance issues in the building leading to one bathroom and therefore the bedroom being off limits while a/c and plumbers looked for a leak. They were in and out our first full day. On the second day we returned to find a broken lightbulb and what looked like blood in that bath’s trash but no word about workmen being there. The location is excellent for walking to many area sites and ride share companies were easy to get to and from the location. The maintenance issues were unforeseen but more info about it would have been helpful.

This was a really beautiful unit in a fantastic location. Walkable to all of the stadiums and everything downtown Cleveland has to offer. Lots of great dining options close by. Highly recommend for your stay in Cleveland!

Spacious and unique condo

Host had the unit well stocked with amenities. Living area and kitchen are huge. Furniture is comfortable. Showers are great. There is a soaking tub too. Sleeping areas are not entirely private. The walls do not go to the ceiling. The one does not have a door. The other is enclosed with glass and curtians. It was fine for our stay, but people should know this before renting here. Manager was available and kept tabs on the check in process.

Great place for weekend getaway

In town for the weekend for my wife’s birthday. Loved the apartment. Parking can be tricky. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere. We did uber a couple times and pickup times were less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommended.

Great loft and location!

Loved the flat we got for the NCAA tournament! Nice studio style place. The one bedroom is a little more private, but all open for the most part. Great location with restaurants and pubs nearby. An easy walk to both stadiums and the casino. Nice secure entry and easy access. Really like the furnishings and had a well stocked kitchen! Great space for a small group.

Great location and vibe, but you need to be ok with noisy nights!

We had a great time exploring Cleveland, especially the West Market! The loft is very spacious and in a convenient location! The street below was very noisy throughout the 1st night and the neigbor upstairs were making noise until 4am the 2nd night.The noise is too be expected in the city but the neighbors were VERY annoying and there was no one to call and ask for someone to talk with them. The loft could use alittle TLC in some areas but overall a cool place to stay!The owners are great!an frdeverythingembryonic

Rock and roll hall of fame stay

My husband and I and another couple decided to take a short trip from Buffalo New York to Cleveland for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The apartment was in a perfect location, short drive to everything in the bitter cold. It was a very fun weekend, plenty of space. We went to West side market and bought some wonderful meat and fresh vegetables,and cooked in one night a itenjoyed ourselves.

Great Location, numerous issues

The rental unit was in a great location. Many restaurants in the area and centrally located between the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and The Rocket Mortgage Field House. Unfortunately we did encounter several issues. The first night we were in the unit, the jets on the hot tub went off at 10:30 because someone had set the timer. We were unable to disable the timer and the jets went off again. We contacted the emergency contact who tried to help us disable the timer over the phone. The jets did not go off again but the timer appeared to be set to go off again the next day. We tried turning the breaker off but couldn’t find the right breaker. As it turns out, there were two breaker boxes. The next day our emergency contact came to the unit and found the main breaker box behind one of the beds and disabled the hot tub; very much appreciated. The two pillows on each of the beds left a lot to be desired and need to be replaced. The mattresses were worn; mattress pads on the beds would also be nice as well as some new bedding. The Keurig coffee maker was not working and the thermostats were locked so we were unable to change the temperature in the unit. The unit could also use a good deep cleaning. The refrigerator freezer was completely frozen over. Given what we paid for our three day stay, the accommodations were very disappointing.

This place was everything we needed for a quick getaway to the big city. Close to all activities downtown. There is no parking however we found a parking lot down the block for only 15.00 a night. We will def. stay here again when we come back again.

The location was excellent.

The location made this property! The condo was nice but certainly not as good as the pictures. There was a hole in the “guest bathroom” behind the door, hair on the walls in the main bathroom, finger prints still on the tables we noticed as soon as we walked in. We understand these things happen but it was off putting that there is a lot of wear and tear with paint coming off areas, scuffs on the walls that just made it feel dirty. The biggest concern we had however was trying to check in, we followed the instructions and tried calling the “guest service” to let us in and no one would answer. We spent almost a half hour trying to get ahold of someone, also calling numbers in the emails if we needed help and we got no response. The only way we got up to our condo was someone else staying there let us in. I am someone who genuinely does not pick at things or complain but we paid a fair price to stay there and it was upsetting.

Beautifully renovated. Fantastic kitchen. Huge windows that let sunshine in. Plenty of restaurants.

It was a great place to hang in the city. Beautifully renovated with a huge kitchen and a great sitting area but it's windows across the whole wall. My favorite spot to sit and have coffee was at the window seat. It is open concept. At first I was concerned that we wouldn't have enough privacy but both couples were very comfortable in the condo. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating space. In a great area. Definitely would stay there again.

What a fantastic place

We were so surprised how beautiful the place was and we loved the area it was in. Walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Arena. It looked like something taken from an issue of Architectural Digest. When I come back this will be the place I want to stay in.

It was a great location! The layout is unique with no true doors to the bedrooms but worked pout really well for our group of 4. Parking in the area was expensive but that’s just a downtown Cleveland premium. The stay overall was just what we needed.

Stunning View in a Great City

I absolutely loved this location, right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Walking distance to plenty of great eateries, the view was stunning and the place was well equipped with all amenities you could possibly imagine. I will definitely book this stay again. Thank you for the great stay!
