The host was extremely welcoming. We were so surprised at the awesome amenities that were provided at this property. We really enjoyed how serene the views were so many beds to sleep in and places to sleep in general. We stayed at this property for our wedding weekend and it absolutely was amazing! Everybody really enjoyed their stay and had nothing but great things to say.

This property is amazing! We rented it for our daughter’s wedding and the wedding party loved the home! It was extremely spacious and had everything for an absolutely great stay! The hosts were awesome and communication was great! Highly recommend!

This house was better than expected. Months ago we started planning out my daughter’s wedding that took place up around Cleveland, Georgia. We needed a place large enough to have all family members together in one place to stay before and after the wedding.I reached out to Robert early on and he allowed me to visit the property while we happen to be in the area. We fell in love with the property at first sight and my wife was amazed. My daughter fell in love with the whole house and my son-in-law loved the game room idea which ultimately confirm our decision to rent this beautiful home.Fast-forward to this past weekend, it was everything we wanted. The bridesmaids were able to all stay in the master suite and have a girls night before the wedding, and the groomsmen were able to have a game night evening which made it real convenient for everybody to be in the same area for the entire weekend. We even had the rehearsal dinner catered in and the kitchen was big enough to accommodate everything. It was very refreshing, knowing that we could all spend the entire weekend together pre-and post wedding and just enjoy watching the sunrise in the sunset and being able to spend time with our new families.Robert has an amazing property and he is amazing man who truly cares about my family and wanted to wish my daughter and her new husband well on their new life together. Thank you Robert for everything,

Extended family gathered for a weekend and this was a great place for everyone, young and old alike. The game room is stupendous and offered fun options for a one year old all the up to 71. The common areas in the house made for easy comfortable large groups and the pool provided outdoor fun even in the midst of late July heat. Perfect weekend for all the members of our family!

A fantastic family retreat to remember

My Mom wanted all the kids and grandkids together so we were on a mission and what an amazing answered prayer this property and our experience was! The serene setting, the incredible accomodations for the together and tranquil moments really worked to allow break away space as well as room for everyone at meal times. The gameroom was truly a wonderful addition to the overall accomodations. The pool is super and we loved the firepit nights to watch shooting stars. Highly recommend for all ages and stages.

This is the place you want to stay

From when we chose this estate, Robert, the owner, was immediately on top of answering questions and making his home feel like the right pick for our retirement party and get together of our 35ish number of family. The home was beautiful from first sight, but you won't believe the inside and all the amenities. It's unheard of to find 7 king bedrooms that each had a different theme, and then the full bath availability to them was fantastic. I was concerned about the visiting extra family during daytime, but there were at least 2 half baths for them. Who's heard of having 5 refrigerators? There was no way we wouldn't have room. It all worked perfectly, from the huge pool to the game room that's bigger than my house. Everyone was able to sit at a table and eat meals, and some of us exercisers were able to take safe walks in the countryside. There was absolutely nothing I could change or ask for, and if I did need something, Robert was consistently there to deliver. Thanks Robert for the best time ever.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay here. There was something for everyone, whether it was the firepit, pool, hot tub or quiet nook. We hosted a wedding rehearsal and reception for 40 guests and it was just right. The 2 complete kitchens in the main house made it easy for the caterers away from the guests. All in all, a confortable getaway with a beautiful view.

All-Inclusive Elegance and Entertainment

This place is pure magic and photos do not do it justice. Our group of 13, from ages 12 to the seventies, overpacked as if we were tent camping only to discover everything from K-cups and shampoo to pool towels and paper products is provided. Be sure to read each room’s amenities in the VRBO listing to save yourself extra questions. Even in the rain, the saltwater pool and hot tub saved the day as we grilled on the covered deck before ending each evening with steamy soaks in the hot tub, alternating with brisk cold plunges in the pool. Inside you will find gorgeous wood flooring, soaring ceilings and artful décor creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere that feels like staying in a friend’s impeccably styled home, rather than a rental. There is something interesting to look at in each nook and cranny. The main-floor master suite needs no stairs to access and rivals a high-end apartment with its enormous walk-in shower, bidet and premium finishes. Every bathroom offers a spa-level experience. The 2,400-square-foot game room kept everyone entertained for hours. Even my 70 mother-in-law learned how to play pool and joined the kid's poker marathons. Pro tip: try entering the Wi-Fi password in all lowercase and confirm the correct network to choose. This place is sourrounded by mountains & the grounds immaculately landscaped & maintained. It was truly a dream, and we'd love to return again some time in the near future!

Amazing stay!!

We love the property! Everything about it was just perfect for our large family. We were there for a family wedding and the house had all the things we needed and more. The pantry was full and the game room was PERFECT to keep the little ones entertained (including the adults)!Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rehearsal Dinner and Groomsmen Lodging

This was the perfect location to house our son’s groomsmen and immediate family, as well as hold his rehearsal dinner. It was remote and quiet but still only 20 minutes from the church and 15 minutes from the reception. The groomsmen, mainly young military men, were able to reconnect as they enjoyed the huge game room. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and appropriate for any occasion. The host was wonderful to work with and provided great tips before we arrived.

1st annual Christmas gathering

The property was not only beautiful but an outstanding place to enjoy with family consisting of a wide age range. The Play Room was the crown jewel. We have discussed the possibility of booking it for next year already in addition to the possibility of making this location a gathering place for 6 other couples in our friend group as it is more than adequate to accommodate that amount of adults with 3 kitchens, 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Fantastic place and a fantastic memorable stay.

Just Perfect!

This property is meticulously curated. We could tell that everything we saw was perfect for that location. We had a small rehearsal dinner, and it went off flawlessly. Robert is a gracious, accommodating host, and easy to communicate and work with. And that Game Room will blow your mind! Perfect for young folks who need to get away for a minute. Home away from home

This immaculate home is well equipped to meet all of your needs. This home away from home was perfect for my Womens Ministry to host a mini women’s getaway for the weekend. Everyone felt right at home. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relaxed and enjoy the scenery and all of the amenities. Watching the sunrise on top of the hill was breathtaking. Last but not least Mr. Robert is the perfect host. He’s quick to respond no matter the time of day and accommodated several request I had, even a last-minute request. (I am grateful as he made planning this getaway seamless!) I highly recommend this beautiful estate for your group/family gatherings. You will not be disappointed! I definitely will return In the near future!

Wedding Rehearsal

We rented this place for a Wedding rehearsal for my son. We stayed there 3 nights and the place is phenomenal. The Host, Robert is the best host out there. He waited us with a couple of local wine bottles and showed us the place. On the second day we observed that the upstairs refrigerator was not working and called Robert. He immediately called for service and the technician came in to fix it in less than an hour. Robert offered to pay us for all the food we lost. Robert is an incredible host and we become friends immediately. Great experience.

Awesome week in the Country

The houses were perfect for our family of 13. So much room to spread out and never felt on top of each other. The pool and the game room were the favorite activities for all the kids. The adults appreciated the amenities. Very high quality on all the touches. Really loved the Blackstone grills. We only went out one time and cooked the rest of the meals. Be prepared to drive 1/2 hour to get to activities.
