The host was very approachable and responded right away to a couple of questions that I had. She was very polite and professional and the space was Amazing! It was very clean, very spacious, and very luxurious... to be honest I never stayed in a space so beautiful, I've already told family and friends about the Luxurious Hi rise at 1717 East 9th Street I had a wonderful! stay there and I will definitely be back. Wonderful place in downtown Cleveland. It was clean and just as described. The owners were great to communicate with and the check-in and check-out instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The location also can’t be beat as it’s within walking distance to so many things. Overall, loved this place and would stay there again if I come back to Cleveland!

Downtown highrise

Good location - able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see. Very secure building. Great parking. Carpet was dirty at entry which gave bad 1st impression. Too basic in the kitchen - not enough dishes for 2 of us to eat breakfast for 4 days. Quiet apartment. Not ADA compliant to access from garage (no ramp). Sleeps up to 6. Said wine glasses but there was only 1.
