Penthouse In The Flats

Park your vehicle and explore all the wonders of the flats. With many restaurants, bars and other activities to enjoy that are in walking distance. Minutes from Downtown Cleveland makes this the perfect place to unwind and relax. Or partake in the various attractions the Flats have to offer. From concerts to walks on the pier. There will be a $100 refundable deposit due for the key fob to access the elevator and parking garage. This fee will be refunded after you return the key fob.

Amazing Stay- We’ll be back!

This place was gorgeous! The photos honestly don’t do it justice…it was even better in person. Super clean, bright, and spacious, with such a comfortable vibe.The location was perfect…close to so many great restaurants, bars, and an easy walk to central downtown. We didn’t need the car at all!Check-in was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Thank you for an awesome stay…we’re already talking about coming back!

The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!

The Perfect Date Getaway

My husband and I have been visiting the Flats for 7 years for our bi-annual 3-4 night date vacation. We have stayed at near by hotels but this penthouse by far blows away the hotels. It's spotless beautiful open floor plan feels upscale, professional, and fun as well as comfortable and relaxing. The penthouse window and patio skyline was beautiful and there is rooftop deck that has an amazing view of the lake and incoming barges. The penthouse is located directly above and across from all the best Flats eatery and bars. The tenants of the building were kind and welcoming. Communication with property management was prompt, flexible and accommodating for any questions or last minute needs. Their response to any of our questions was within minutes! They were super nice and provided easy to follow detailed instructions for check in, the stay, and check out. We especially liked the short instructional videos they provided for check in and the parking garage. We will not stay anywhere else but this penthouse when visiting the Flats from now on! Thank you Azim Team for our much needed blizzard getaway :)
