「We really enjoyed our visit at the guest house at the 30 acre Horse Ranch. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren were able to pet and feed the horses which they absolutely loved. Susan was so gracious and kind. She took us on a tour of the farm on the golf cart. We were able to go down one of the walking trails to the river. She also showed us the other two properties which were just beautiful. Our grandchildren didn’t want to leave. 「Host was great at responding, but we had so many issues. Beds were not clean and had hair in them. Bathroom lights were out so we couldn't even use the one bathroom. Couch was full of stains. There were a lot of rules and fees for every little thing, but the place was not clean. There was no silverware... The host did have the cleaner bring some the second day, but there was none to begin with. Towel rack was broken so you couldn't hang towels. 」

「Very peaceful and comfortable stay just minutes from downtown chardon. The side yard was also perfect for my pup to play in. It was lovely watching the horses outside the guest house and I enjoyed the barn tour to meet them in person. Overall a very pleasant and welcoming visit!」
