Amazing house & property but lots of bugs/spiders

The property itself was lovely and the house was amazing. Big enough to very comfortably house 10 people and no one was at any point on top of each other. To note: there were a ton of spiders and bugs (someone got a tick from the turf grass by the pool & there were spiders in every part of the house constantly). There was a fence around the pool that isn’t in the listing (wasn’t a problem at all though) and they answer questions incorrectly (Q: do you have a coffee maker? A: no we do not—- and there were two provided on property). No instructions on how to use the wet sauna either. The property was still amazing none the less though and we will certainly be returning! Maybe just with some spider traps/bug spray!

Great place, Vacasa customer service needs help

The home was wonderful, just as pictured. However prior to checking in I contacted Vacasa to ask what type of coffee maker was at the house in order to bring filters or pods. I was told that there was only a french press available and no other coffee maker. I then asked half joking/half serious if there were dishes and glasses available

Don't use Vacasa and beware before you rent this home

This home is in a lovely setting but difficult to get to. The roads are treacherous, dark and twisty. Several people got lost even with gps. They advertise a pool but it isn't heated so its not useable. There is a sauna but it doesn't work, the primary fireplace doesn't work, I complained but nobody offered to fix anything. There is a dorm size ironing board which isn't suitable if you have an event to go to and there was only 1 blow dryer for 4 bedrooms. There was no wood for the main fireplace. At this price I expect better. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath for 5 days, they did bring some. If a house at this price isn't fully stocked it needs to be noted. The customer service from Vacasa is awful, I got no action when I requested help and a credit. Only platitudes and customer service speak, they kept saying they were reaching out for assistance but in 5 days there was no solution. I wouldn't rent this home or use Vacasa again. Several people also confirmed bad experiences with Vacasa the rental company the homeowner uses.
