"The customer service and cleanliness were fantastic! Comfortable room and decent breakfast which included protein. Expedia can difficulty getting in touch with them due to a room downgrade as a stood at the front desk. I don’t think this was due to the hotel however!"

"My first room had a sofa bed with no mattress. It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience. I would never go there again. "
