Cleveland Cleveland Museum of Natural History Hotels

"First, the staff are awesome! The club lounge hostess, Antoinette, was the highlight of our 2-day stay. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Second, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Third, the hotel's third floor connects to the Cleveland Clinic. Very convenient. Lastly, this hotel needs refreshing and updating. We paid $800+ for two nights, and expected so much more in terms of decor and cleanliness. I really felt duped. Carpets, furniture, walls all had stains. "

"The staff at this motel went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The gal at the front desk during the day by the name of Crystal is wonderful. A gentleman by the name of Michael is a server in their restaurant. He is amazing. He made breakfast special, which was delicious. The room I must say needed some attention. I couldn’t take my shoes off. The floor and carpet made my socks dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room. I do know that housekeeping only has a certain amount of time to clean each room but this isn’t acceptable. The bed was clean and comfortable. We slept well. We are coming back to stay in a few days. I am hoping this was just a fluke."

I assume a lot of people that are ill and going to the Cleveland Clinic stay there, the map of it is even on the document given. It would be absolutely amazing if there were some healthy options, like lower sodium and such. "

"Clean house, but flooring has creepy sound, bathroom door doesn't close properly, top floor heater had gas smell."

"Great location! Parking was a little difficult, there is a reserved spot but wasn’t able to park there, due to other people just taking the spot. Overall it was a great experience and the host was amazing. "
