"Upon arrival Ed was amazing however under the pump and you really needed at least three staff there, 37 minute to check in is not ideal, all good after that . was very nice and easy to the Gabba. Cheers"

"Overall - great value for money. Room could have had an additional blanket as aircon was cold and manual adjustment made no difference. Restaurant totally understaffed at breakfast resulting in dirty table tops and empty milk jugs. One person only doing everything for at least 50 guests."
