「This place is great. The location is perfect for exploring Connemara. The house is away from busy streets, thus very quiet. Our room was great, clean, well equipped bathroom. 「We were not booked in via Vrbo ? Apparently it had to be done manually? Clearly the communication between Vrbo and The Ivy was not working, however a room was found for us, had to be changed from a double to a twin as per specifics of our booking. Newly decorated and carpeted room, very lovey, dated shower and NO mattress cover on the my single bed ? Yuk. 「The accommodation is both a bar/restaurant and a b&b and sits next to the eastern pier about 400 metres from the ferry drop off.
