Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful with all the amenities needed to be comfortable. The hosts have thought of all the extras you might need from tea/coffee to games to mini toothbrushes & q-tips & more. You can tell they take pride in the property & were very easy to communicate with & quick to respond. The outdoor area would be great in warmer weather. The location is perfect. Quiet location less than 10 minutes from Yellow Springs & less than 5 from some gorgeous hiking areas. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit the area!

This is the best place I have ever stayed! I have gone many places over the years but, this stay was beyond the normal stay! The owners didn’t forget one thing to make this comfortable and stocked. From the coffee to the toothbrushes and the slippers hands down my best ever experience!

Bed was very comfortable - much more so than other places we have stayed. temperature was easy to control. TV set was nice. Everything was very clean. Only things - Box with shoes by the door was a trip hazard. Tell people to look for the games under the coffee table. Coffee table was too heavy to move without injury if you had to open the couch.

The house was very clean, cozy, bright, and had so many lovely extra touches! The location was ideal as well. Walking distance to Clifton Gorge Nature preserve, a very short drive (5 minutes) to Yellow Springs, Glen Helen preserve (we loved the Raptor Center there, where they rehab raptor birds), and John Bryan State park. So much beautiful hiking in this area!

Check-in process was very easy. We arrived late at night and the hosts left the porch lights on and an inside light on for us, which was very appreciated! Rooms were clean and as expected based on property photos.

We loved our stay at Casa Clifton Guest Lodge. It was exactly as described, very clean, had cute decor, and it was the perfect location. I stayed at Casa Clifton Guest Lodge with my best friend while in town for the Dave Chappelle Summer Series, and it was the perfect spot for our trip! The hosts were extremely accommodating and immediately available whenever we had a question, which made the stay seamless and stress-free.The rental had everything we needed—comfortable beds (including the sofa, which was surprisingly cozy!), all the necessities, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is also super convenient—just a quick five-minute drive to Xenia Avenue where you’ll find all the local shops and small-town charm.A little tip: if you don’t have a rental car, order your Ubers at least 20 minutes ahead of time to avoid waiting.As for food, Sunrise Café and Ellie’s were my absolute favorites for local dining—both delicious and welcoming. One place I wouldn’t recommend is Winds Café, which unfortunately was not a good experience.All in all, Casa Clifton Guest Lodge was the ideal home base for our trip, and I’d definitely stay again!

Such a cute & clean place to stay when visiting the Yellow Springs area. The house is an easy 6 minute from downtown Yellow Springs. The owners thought of all the little details, so don’t fret if you happened to forget a toiletry- they have you covered. We drank wine by the fire table the night we were there- so nice & relaxing. I really do not have any complaints, but I will let the ladies know that the shower is small and has no spot to prop your legs up on, so shaving is a challenge. I had a hard time, and I am 5’1”, lol. But we will definitely book this home again the next time we are in the area.
