辛辛那提克利夫頓酒店住宿推介

「Extremely kind hostess who personally cooked and served a high quality breakfast every morning. Swiss Family Robinson Room, on 4th level of a house on a hill, was beautiful and very comfortable, especially with windows open on cool October nights;」

「Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. 」

「物超所值 」

「员工服务非常周到！」

「Rough start, as there were pretzels on the carpet that had been missed by housekeeping, and it took me 10 minutes to find the tv remote, which had fallen under the bed. Other than that it was a fine stay.」

「房間乾淨，環境整潔，交通方便，早餐也算豐富! 周邊走路就有好的餐廳及景點走走，值得推薦!」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「The Hotel is located in a prime downtown area with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Rooms are spacious with very nice showers in bathroom. Large bar area with good menu. Parking is a bit pricey at $42 per day by valet. There are other parking decks nearby but probably not worth the hassle.」

「We spent four nights at the hotel; our room was never cleaned even though I let staff know third day in the morning, and again at night when we came back and room still wasn’t cleaned, every time staff pretended or imaginary notes; because today at checked it was no record of my request; what a surprise! But they were fast to charge for parking; first night we had issue with WiFi connection, my husband called service desk and was told if he can’t connect we have to pay for WiFi; what a surprise!...

「I absolutely love this hotel and I will definitely book it in next time. I am back in Cincinnati. If I could offer anything to help the hotel, I say that an option to check in through your phone should be an option.」
