「My husband and I wanted to take our grandkids camping, but the thought of us sleeping in a tent was not that appealing to us at our age. The kids ranged from 8-15. We decided to rent this ultra private home on the river. The view was absolutely amazing. The entire area was beautiful. The house was also beautiful inside. It has an open floor plan with the bathroom being the only room with a door. It was large enough and spread out enough that we had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was...

「We enjoyed our partial week stay at Roxanne's cottage on Pine Creek. The house is comfortable with a lived in family vacation feeling. We especially enjoyed the fire pit with clear sky views, hammock in the shady yard and access to the creek.」

「Great home, Great location. Loved every minute.」

「The cabin was wonderful- even better than the pictures. Everything is laid out in such a thoughtful way. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lower deck, enjoying the stream. It was exactly what we needed!」

「It is down a dirt road but the road condition is pretty good.」

「I'm only giving 5 stars because 6 stars isn't an option. The Sanctuary was exactly as named. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable with high quality sheets, and super soft and comfortable towels. The deck provided multiple peaceful spaces to relax and sit in comfortable furniture, and the yard was spacious and private. The pond felt good as well, and the hike thru the woods and across the springs was a relaxing way to connect with nature and explore! Yes, there are bugs in...

「What an adorable cottage! It is set on what I would call a meadow. We even saw deer when we woke up! The inside is very clean with stylish decor. We came for a Penn State football game. It was only 40-45 minutes from the stadium. Would highly recommend!」

「Inside was cozy and clean. Nice amenities but Bedroom with 2 single beds was hot and noise from 2nd floor above it was disturbing. Outside patio area was dirty with old furniture. Steps to front door were steep. "Walk to lake" from property was deceiving.」

「Need to pressure wash the outdoor seating area.」

「Cottage was very clean and beautiful. Very quiet location. Owner provided complimentary water and snacks. Quick response to any question that we had. We will definitely stay again. 」
