“Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“First let me say two things- the pictures are misleading and the 5/5 reviews have to be fake. I’ll start with check in- a little room with a little old lady who didn’t seem to have a clue about my reservation or the woman’s in front of me. She kept saying you’ll have to check with Expedia. The room smelled old like an attic and I was expecting Norman Bates to pop out anytime. This is not an Inn. This is an old run down motel with not one car in the parking lot. “First, couldn't use a credit card, the air conditioning didn't work, almost no water pressure, and the place didn't smell very pleasant. Then had to fight to get my money back for the second night, so I could go some where else.”
