不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
The front desk clerk told me upon my arrival that they were no rooms available. After that we went into the room and the sheets were dirty! (new to this or else I will upload pictures) after trying the front desk two times finally got through. It was able to schedule a change in rooms. Two of the lamps in this room did not work. The dust was unacceptable. The smell of must mold and mildew. Oh wait did I tell you about the entrance? The driveway was uncapped and you couldn’t see the hotel from the road. It looked like a horror movie going up the hill and around the turns. The trees bushes grass was overwhelming. When I asked the receptionist and four play pens or cribs, I was told they got rid of them. They didn’t even have rollaway beds not that my one year old and three-month-old could sleep in. When we called later for clean sheets. It took about three hours, and I had to change the sheets on the beds myself.
When I asked what took so long, I was told that the property was turning over to an assisted living building, and that they had limited staff.
