I am not one to complain, but the room was very unclean. There were stains on the comforter, clipped toe nails on the floor, paint coming off the tub and no soap in the room to wash my hands. I just had to leave and find another place to stay.

Hmmm, where to start. 2 towels for 3 people. Seeing a toe nail and dirt/dust by end table, or the taped up bathtub. All that or the side entry without glass. Nothing but an unsecured frame of a door billowing in hot air.

Nice enough for the price. The bed and pullout couch bed were comfortable. Simple breakfast with some hot items. Pool was nice, they don't provide towels.

Breakfast was almost terrible it featured 3. Apples 2 very small oranges 4 pieces of bread and no pancake mix. The carpet on the stairs needed to be vacuumed The room itself was good but there were no towels

The place was not clean and smelled like a damp basement with paint peeling in the corner of the room. The toilet was not attached to the floor, and the Television did not work. The bed was really comfortable though.

Well they checked me in a room to find out hadn't even been cleaned then took a shower and shower curtain was long enough and rod wasn't the right one and all the water was on the bathroom floor. Musty smelling pillows.

Couldn't watch TV cause it had no signal. Door with no glass.. front desk girl was very nice but cleaning lady wasn't. Breakfast wasn't great, nothing much to choose and waffle mix was watery. Toilet was loose. Will not go back

Mold in bathroom, stains on sheets and towels, holes in walls. Unclean and not maintained to an acceptable standard. They moved me to a different room with same issues. Left with concerns about health. Concierge assured I would be refunded, but after Expedia contacted them for a refund they denied it. Unacceptable quality and unwillingness to make it right. Business is poorly managed.
