“I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. Came in to check in and the friendly, upbeat gentleman with the cool long hair, quickly got me checked in and even got my card to work both days. Cookie was good too!! Room was really clean and cozy. The towels were……

“Good breakfast. The fire alarm called at night. We still have a nice stay.”

“Convenient to port ludlow.”

“I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

“Parking was good. Unfortunately the ice machine was not working.”

“a little aged. some lights and TV doesn't work when I checked in. Have to called services to fix them.”

“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“It was truly the most disgusting place I've ever stayed, hence not staying. The mattress was soaked in blood stains, box spring, mattress, covering of box spring, everything had blood stains, both chairs were so dirty and stained with broken arms, i didn't even attempt sitting in either. Dug a broken Crack pipe from sink and shower had such minimal pressure, you couldn't even rinse hair. Much less the roar of nonstop trains behind building, railroad crossing 100 feet from building which equals……

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless.……

“The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and the service was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The entrance sign is a bit hard to see, so you’ll need to pay attention when driving in. The parking lot has plenty of space.”
