「The staff were the best part of our stay - from Maria our waitress to Michael and others with the reception and cleaning staff, everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. For a hotel in the mediaeval old town it was amazingly lovely and large and we really enjoyed our large room, the sumptuous breakfasts and the AC!」
