Footpaths will take you to the coast, for example to the port of Doëlan, where you can get freshly caught fish and seafood and watch yachts and fishing boats, or to the rocks and many sheltered small sandy bays. Larger sandy beaches await you a short distance away at Le Pouldu and Kerfany. Stroll through the local markets, which offer plenty of fresh produce, including fish and oysters for an indulgent dinner. Well-marked trails for mountain biking, horseback riding or hiking, along rivers and the coast, through the ancient forest of Clohars and up to the ruined monastery of Saint-Maurice.
