Private: property 165 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 800 m, bakery 950 m, café 800 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach "Plage de Bellangenet" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 24 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Guidel 3 km, Doelan 6 km, Quimperlé 14 km, Lorient, départ Île de Groix 28 km, Pont Aven, ville de Peintres 21 km, Maison-Musée Gauguin 1 km. Adorable location

Que dire de plus,cette location à tous ce qu’Il faut pour passer un bon Moment, l’intérieur et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et le propriétaire très gentil. Pour les balades la mer et à deux pas et les environs sont très jolis Pour faire c’est course une boulangerie et un commerce de proximité pour dépanner sont à 5mn ,sinon un centre commercial à 5km Nous avons Passé un très bon séjour
