The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."

"Simply the most fantastic chalet in the perfect spot. We spent a week early January in this beautiful place and loved every moment. The chalet is just as described, the rooms are all a good size and the bathrooms are modern and seem very new. The kitchen appliances all work perfectly and everything is supplied that you need to cook good meals. There are two different coffee machines, a filter and a Senseo, lots of pots and pans, knives etc. The ski locker is perfectly placed and the layout of the chalet couldnt be better with three bedrooms on the top floor, the living accommodation in the middle and then three more bedrooms on the bottom floor. This is truly a ski-in, ski-out chalet for all levels, you can literally ski down from the top of Alpe d'Huez, right to the front door, absolutely amazing. In short myself and my family all loved it here and will be back in the future I hope."

"We booked this for a family ski holiday for 5 adults and 3 children, one a wheelchair user. It didn't disapoint.Agnès gave us good directions and met us in the car park to take us to the appartment. She was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was modern and equipt with everything we needed for our stay.We overlooked the slopes and there was ski in ski out access.Cecile, the owner, was very good at communicating and answering questions in a timely fashion.The village, although small, suited us, as it had several restaurants and small bars. Not a party place though.We drove to Alpe D'Huez which was 45 mins away via some small winding roads.Oz 3300 was great for families and the apartment was lovely. "
