Loved every minute

We had such a lovely stay in Tierra Del Mar! The house was just a short walk from the beach. Very clean, very spacious, and very generous of the hosts to provide beach toys, chairs, cooler, etc. free to use while you stay! We lacked for nothing here and def rate it 10 stars! ⭐️

Fun by the beach

This property is amazing! It’s in a great location and has many great amenities. The pool table was a hot commodity. Its location in the house made it easily accessible. The open floor plan allowed for multiple conversations at once with an inclusive vibe. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The many posters and signs brought the beach house atmosphere to life. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location with just a quick walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive to Cape Kiwanda. Tons of space with a big living area, huge bedrooms, two big full baths and a nice washer/dryer area. Stocked with tons of beach supplies. Our son loved the lobster beach toy! Super clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.

Exceeds Expectations

We had an incredible stay at Palms at the Beach! The location couldn't be better- just a short walk to the beach. The house itself is spacious, modern, clean and offers all the comforts of home. The bedrooms are HUGE (the pictures are not misleading like I had thought they were) with clean inviting decor. I do have to say that the kitchen is rather small, however we made it work just fine with our group of adults. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Palms at the Beach for your next visit to the coast. We immediately booked our stay for next year as soon as we got home!

It's the small things

My family had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. Great location, we drove the 5 minutes to Pacific City beach to enjoy time surfing for a morning and walked 5 minutes to the local beach later that day enjoying a less crowded area for some excellent play time in the sand. I think something that sets this house apart is the entertainment right at the house. Which is ideal for my family during the down times between adventures. My kids played a lot of pool, which was fun right in the great room because everyone was around even if they weren't part of the games. Also the TV'S were set up so conveniently, it was simple to enjoy streaming with the Roku on a large TV that everyone could view comfortably. Everything was so simplified and accessable. Thank you.

Great place for a family. Everything we needed was there. Only negative was that features were not easily used by short people. It seems shelves and hooks for hanging stuff and height of beds are all set up for tall people, but we managed.
