「It’s my third time in last year staying here. It’s clean and comfortable. Plus a perfect location. They seem like they might have new owners and I don’t like the early check in fee. If the hotel is 90% empty just let your guests check in if the room is ready and it’s only a couple hours before check in. 」

「Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good.」

「I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!」

「It was an overnight stay. The room was clean, the TV worked and it was quiet. We checked out early. It was economical, served the purpose….all good. 」

「My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!」

「We enjoyed the picturesque window view, however the windows didn't have screens. The place was very quiet and the room was clean. The parking lot is very small it was difficult to maneuver our 16 ft pontoon even when we were the only car in the parking lot. But to be fair, when you're staying at the hotel you don't need a boat they have a lovely pier to fish from from」

「Graciously greeted by office staff, pleasantly surprised by the updated room interior which included a kitchenette, sweet little firepit/outdoor seating area - located within walking distance of 2 restaurants and Plank coffee - would absolutely stay again - thank you, Vineyard Valley Inn!」

「The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows.」

「Lovely lakefront cottage with a great kitchenette perfect for making breakfast in! The cottage was clean and well equipped! We wish we could have stayed longer! 」
