We are coming to this hotel every year for our vacation. Great place, rooms are nice , spacious and clean. Breakfast amazing, delicious large area to accommodate everyone. The rooms were spacious and a nice breakfast was included every day. The staff were all professional and helpful. There is a lovely indoor pool and spa for an extra charge (free if you book a treatment) that was worth it. They also had a restaurant and bar service in the spa area. I would definitely go back.

It was ok, this might have been a 5-star hotel once but today it is barely a 4-star hotel. Clean but most of the hotel is outdated. - Service: The service is ok, but not more.. - Pool: Quite a nice pool. good size of the pool, plenty of space to sit and have drink. - Gym: I visit plenty of hotels and this is by far the best gym i have seen in a hotel.

Formal and nice, recommend overall.

I stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned twice. However, the cleaning mainly consisted of making the bed and replacing towels. On my first night, I had takeout pizza, and the box with leftovers remained on the table for my entire stay. I’m not sure why it wasn’t simply removed. The wristband system for the pool and swimming area felt a bit unnecessary—more convenient access for hotel guests would have been preferable. That said, the pool itself was nice, and the bar was a great addition. Overall, the customer service felt rather formal and lacked a personal touch. For example, I was scolded for not wearing a shirt in the lobby after leaving the pool, and takeout food could only be eaten in the room. While I understand these are standard rules, a more flexible approach that considers the environment would have been appreciated. Breakfast, however, was very good overall All in all, 7/10

10 years ago it was a great property, a real jewel. Now the lack of investment it shows up in a big way. We spent 3 nights at the hotel. During the last night they hosted 4 weddings, at the same time in 4 different areas. Apparently the management is trying to make a quick $, regardless of screwing up the customers that already paid for nightly accommodation. Exceptional breakfast and very accommodating staff, doing their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We will be back!

When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us right away and stated that they upgraded our room. She explained everything perfectly and created an image of what our experience at the hotel could be like. We took advantage of all of her recommendations and we booked the spa for a day. Our room was spacious and had a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower. The balcony overlooked the city and hills. It was very beautiful even though it is situated in the middle of a residential area. Ubers and taxis are very affordable so we did not rent a car. We booked a couples massage and took advantage of having lunch in the cafe area of the spa. We choose this hotel specifically because we read that they renovated their spa area. They just completed the work at the end of March and they did an amazing job. All the spa areas were beautiful and we loved the shower area outside the spa that had 4 water temperatures from hot to cold (great idea!). Our only suggestion is to book a 4 hour spa slot instead of 1 day. We only used the spa for 3 hours and went to dinner so we didn't have time to end the day there and paid for more than we used. The spa is open from 12 - 9. The deep tissue massage was exactly what we needed to end our trip. We also appreciated the bedside controls for the shutters, lights and a Do not disturb button (genius). The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options and perfect for what we were looking. for, We definitely will be back again.
