We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. Volkan was super helpful. He went above and beyond to help us organise transports and get around Istanbul. A big thank you.

Personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı çeşitleri zengin ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Dünyanın birçok yerine seyahat etmiş biri olarak söylüyorum, otel oldukça temizdi. Personeller de bir o kadar güleryüzlü ve misafirperverler. Kahvaltı dahil seçeneği tercih etmeminizi öneririm. Kahvaltıları da oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetli. Akşam yemeği için de otel restorantını tercih ettik oldukça memnun kaldık. Yalova merkez, Çınarcık gibi lokasyonlara kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz minibüsle en fazla 20 dakika. Otel çalışanları bu konuda da yardımcı oldular bize hep. Saatler nereden kalkar, nerede inmemiz gerekir bir bir anlattılar. Spa hizmetini de deneyimle fırsatı bulduk. Ondanda çok memnun kaldık. Spor salonu, oyun odasını bile deneyimledik. Havuz da bir o kadar temizdi. Bakımları yapılıyor, temizliğine özen gösteriliyordu. Keyifli vakit geçirmek isteyen herkes tercih edebilir bu oteli. Biz oldukça memnun kalarak ayrıldık. Ailemi tatile getirmiştim, onların rahat ve mutlu olması beni daha da sevindirdi. Tekrardan her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Öncelikle otel yeni yapılmış olup bizler ilk konaklayan müşterilerdendik, modern tasarımlı konseptine bayıldık,odalar oldukça konforlu dizayn edilmiş,temizlik ve hijyen kuralları üst seviyede personelin güleryüzlü ve samimiyeti de otele artı bir değer katıyor, havuzun teras katında olması otele ayrı bir hava katıp çocuklu aileler için harika bir deneyim olacağını düşünüyoruz çünkü kozımız çok eğlendi bu süreçte,konumun güzelliği huzur veriyor açık büfe konsepti denenmesi gerekiyor, otelin giriş kısmında carrefoursa marketin olması acil durum ihtiyaçları bakımından kolaylık sağlıyor konum olarak Yalova merkez ve sahil bandına yakın iki günlük konaklamamızda bizlere yardımcı olan personellere ayrı bir teşekkür ediyoruz.

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu bu harika otelde konaklama fırsatım oldu ve deneyimim mükemmeldi! Otel son derece temizdi ve bu benim için çok önemli bir kriter. Personel ise son derece yardımseverdi; her türlü isteğimizi anında yerine getirdiler. Daha da güzeli, standart balkonlu odamızdan bir suit odaya ücretsiz yükseltme aldık. Suit gerçekten çok güzel bir şekilde döşenmişti ve içinde bir jakuzi vardı; bu da konaklamamıza ekstra bir keyif kattı. Kahvaltı büfesi ise muhteşemdi! Geniş ve lezzetli bir seçim vardı, her damak tadına hitap eden seçenekler bulmak mümkündü. Fiyat-performans oranı da harikaydı; bu kadar kaliteli bir hizmet için ödediğimiz ücrete kesinlikle değdi. Bu oteli kesinlikle yaz boyunca hafta sonu kaçamakları için tekrar ziyaret edeceğim ☺️Herkese tavsiye ederim!
