The Chateau is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend of fun with your friends and family. This spacious home sleeps up to 19 people with 7 bedrooms. The backyard is equipped with a brand new pool and spa, plenty of outdoor lounge areas, a putting green, fire pit, and an outdoor shower.

Enjoy an open concept space with beautiful views and lots of counter space and a large dining table to enjoy your meals at. The living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable couch, smart tv, speakers, and easy access to the backyard.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy a sprawling backyard that is perfect for some fun in the sun. The pool is newly built with a spa, baha ledge, loungers, and umbrella. The covered patio includes an outdoor dining table and outdoor sofas. Behind the pool you’ll find a fire pit to enjoy stargazing at night. The backyard also includes a BBQ, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs for your whole party. If you’re looking for some fun activities, you can enjoy the putting green, foosball, and connect 4.

PETS
Our general rule is that we do not allow dogs or pets but can make an exception for small dogs for an additional $150 pet fee.

POOL & SPA
Pool heating - $150/ day
Spa heating - complimentary
No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it!
No diving, no lifeguard on duty; guests assume their own risk

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of our property, we have outdoor security cameras surrounding the outside of the property. These are live recordings and we do monitor. Please message us if you have any additional questions.

HOUSE RULES
- No parties; violations will be notified to property manager
_parties are not allowed ,if evidence of a party is found ,a $400 additional
cleaning fee will be charged.
- Quiet hours start at 10:00pm
- 18 guests maximum; additional guests by approval will result in a fee
- No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it!
- Generally we do not allow pets but can accommodate small dogs for an additional $150 fee

Please note, while the house is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is known for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry a lot of sand that may collect on outdoor furniture overnight.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home during your stay.



This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume no liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests should be aware that the pool, spa, and surrounding patios can be dangerous.
