Underneath the kitchen cabinets that are yellowing, there is actual rat feces. And it’s the same cabinet they keep the pots and pans in! There’s ants all over the kitchen. The stovetop only has 1 working burner. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and stinks. The house has a vague smell of smoke. Etc ...
