“The place was clean, and the location was perfect! We walked comfortably around the city, were right next to so many restaurants and coffee shops, and had the best view of the live oaks eating breakfast every morning!”

“It was the perfect location if you are looking to enjoy time in the historic district. Everything is close by within walking distance.”

“Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. The biggest issue was the temperature inside the condo. For multiple days of our stay, the unit was extremely hot (nearly 80 degrees), which made it difficult to relax, sleep, and enjoy the space. “Place is great but needs maintenance. Dryer vent was clogged. Ac vent was clogged. No curtains on the window in the master bedroom. But otherwise great place and location. We loved Savannah”

“My team was in town for work, and I had to book this last minute. I reached out to the host, and he helped me tremendously book this- same day! He was very responsive and helpful!! This is a great host, and I recommend. The property was also perfectly equipped for a nice week-long stay. The check-in process was very easy! If the occasion arises again, I would book this again! Thank you, I appreciate it.”

“Great location and amenities”

“The property was a great location, the common area was small for the amount of people we had.”

“It was our second time staying. Perfect size and location!”

“This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The history of the area can truly be seen in the architecture. The balcony over looking the main street was our favorite part. We were able to have a glass of wine and whiskey with a great view of the street activities and water way. While there were minor hiccups l, the property manager/ owner responded immediately with a resolution. We will attempt to stay at this property again when the weather cools down.”
