"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary. "

"Stayed in one of the larger units and it was very impressive with a private pool and amazing view. Hospitality from Mariano was top notch and he helped us booked a sunset horseback ride on the beach which was a highlight of the trip. Unique property up in the jungle of Mal Pais, so you will be best suited with 4wd car if you plan on driving. A sense of privacy and luxury while still surrounded by the outdoors. "

"This is a gem in Santa Teresa. The staff are all superb my kids loved the surf instructor (Diego is amazing) and I loved the morning yoga instructor (Daniella is superb) a great way to start your day and spend the whole day with attentive and professional staff. You will never regret staying here and the kids are already asking me if we can come back again next year. A brand new hotel who already have got it all together the small guest amenities (watermelon water throughout the property) and chic design work together with direct beach front property. It was hard to leave but we will definitely be back. Pura Vida, Team Fermata!"

"We loved our Stay here!! The views cannot be beat. Sleeping with just the patio screen door open each night and listening to the waves was amazing! The place is a mix between rustic and quaint. The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking and it felt like we lived in the treetops. It was very private and allowed for clothing optional enjoyment alot of the time. Only saw monkeys two of the days but you heard them everyday. We spent 8 days here and will be back again! Dont miss your chance to stay. It is a very outdoor environment living so if keeping bugs out of your room is your top priority then i would stay in a larger hotel. You live with nature here and it is wonderful!! "
