Welcome to Casas Teresa Mar, recently constructed sits only 100 meters from Santa Teresa Surf Beach. The SKY studio is on the third floor of the property surrounded by amazing jungle with plenty of monkeys, birds and iguanas. The apartment is a modern design with many special details created by the owner. Boasting a king size bed, equipped kitchen, and private bathroom. Also the studio has AC, high-speed internet, and a shared terrace overlooking the village and jungle. Located in the heart of Santa Teresa wander around cool cafes, shops and restaurants.
