The property is only 3 km away from the beach and Santa Teresa Village, but it is not within walking distance. A vehicle is highly recommended for getting around town. Consider renting a car (a 4WD is not required) or one of the popular vehicles in town: a motorbike, scooter, four-wheeler (ATV), or side-by-side (UTV). The only requirements are being over 18 years old and holding a valid driving license (a car driving license is accepted).
