Spectacular home and view
Perhaps the best VRBO we've ever rented. The location, view, home, value and support were all just top-notch. Need to have 4x4 - drive to and from home is steep, unpaved and bumpy, but after doing it once or twice, it was totally fine. Short 5 min drive to get down the mountain and into the city - central location to everything in Santa Teresa. The home is fantastic. The outdoor space could not be more comfortable. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The views are simply spectacular - unimpeded and expansive views of the ocean and jungle. In spite of some construction going on a few homes away, the site was quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and the common areas had a great breeze. No washer and dryer, but pretty much everything else that you would want or need. The owner, Ian, was really responsive and helpful. Marie was the main contact on site and was quick to respond to all of our questions - she even helped our family book tickets for our ferry trip home when I was having trouble navigating the website. There is daily maid service which was great. We extended our stay a day just because we didn't want to leave.
