Host would not answer messages or phone calls of the day of check in, Check in scheduled for 3pm and no response from the host. We had to contact VRBO directly and two hours past our check in were informed that our reservation had been cancelled and now had no place to stay after driving for 9 hours."

Property managers where great and answer questions promptly and assisted in any area we needed. The apartment complex was gated, clean, and welcoming. We are planning to stay again and bringing our boys to sleep on the pull out in living room."
