"Liked having a reftigerator. Breakfast was reasonable. The rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. Elevators were efficient. The air conditioning was comfortable, though a bit loud at night. Noon checkout was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The fitness facility was usable but needs a bench and updated equipment. "

"Everything was great. Only downside for me was the showerhead in the room didn't have a setting that was ideal for thicker hair. I'm not sure if there are low-flow water restrictions in Virginia, but there most volume I could get was on the light spray plus jet massage setting, and it just wasn't very effective. My hair is on the thicker side of average, not super thick, and my shower time was a lot longer than normal. I can't imagine how something with truly thick hair would ever get their scalp clean or hair rinsed."
"The lady who was taking care of the breakfast was awesome. She had worked 7 days straight, but she was so good at her job, very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and I liked that they had an extra blanket!!!"
"While checking in found my reservation to be canceled. Don’t know who canceled this but I was not happy driving 4 hrs with traffic.
Thankfully we were still able to get a room. Pool was closed, breakfast was cold. Had to let the desk know that table was wobbly, loose fitting around shower head and no do not disturb sign available. Told front desk and was immediately fixed when we got back from concert."
